Born out of a desire to translate my experience in Corporate fashion to something more meaningful, I launched Deziem in 2021 as a one-woman show, working with a handful of stores in an area of the market where I recognized the most opportunity: Specialty boutiques.
A second (deuxième) life for me; a second perspective for our store partners.
Since that time, we’ve grown to a dynamic team of talented women with diverse experience across Buying, Planning and Merchandising.
We’ve expanded our market coverage from Domestic to International including the US, Europe and Latin America, and built long-standing relationships with incredible showroom and brand partners.
We’re honored to have worked with some of the most reputable retailers in the country, alongside their impressive leaders - a portfolio which we’ve built to over $50M in annual sales volume across our stores.
Deziem began as, and continues to be about leveraging our collective expertises to support the stores we work with; merging larger market insights with what we learn from digging into respective businesses, combining the two to drive profitable Buying decisions and sustainable, longterm growth.
